Loyalty points

Each business runs its own loyalty programme. You earn points when you visit and spend them on that business's rewards. See your points in the app.

LuxeFlow credit

• Welcome credit: for your first online booking in the app.
• Referral credit: when a friend you invite completes and pays for their first app booking online.

Credit can pay for up to 50% of an online booking in the LuxeFlow app. It has no cash value, can't be withdrawn and may expire. If a booking paid with credit is refunded, the credit goes back to your balance.

Amounts vary and are always shown in the app.
