How to delete your account and data

Open your Profile in the LuxeFlow app, tap Delete Account and confirm. Your personal data is removed within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
Delete in the app
- Open the LuxeFlow app and go to your Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm.
Or by email
Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
What happens
Your account data is removed within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days. Anonymised transaction records the law requires us to keep stay. Businesses you visited may keep their own records of your appointments; contact them directly about those.
