How to cancel or reschedule a booking

Open your booking in the app and choose Reschedule booking or Cancel booking. The business's cancellation policy, shown before you booked, decides what happens to any deposit.
Reschedule
- Open your bookings in the LuxeFlow app.
- Choose the booking and tap Reschedule booking.
- Pick a new time and confirm.
Cancel
Choose the booking and tap Cancel booking. Please cancel as early as you can so someone else can take the slot.
Deposits
Each business sets its own cancellation policy, and you see it before you book. If a refund is due, the business starts it; see how deposits and refunds work.
